How quickly can I get started with Toolhive?

Start with Toolhive within minutes. Sign up and start right away. We have optimized the data onboarding which offers various options to bring data into your system.

In which languages can I operate the user interface of Toolhive?

The user interface is currently available in English, with additional languages coming soon.

Can I also install Toolhive locally on my computer?

Toolhive is exclusively available as a SaaS application, which allows you to enjoy all its benefits and features online without the need for local installation.

Can I also host Toolhive in my own data center or in my private cloud?

Toolhive is offered exclusively as a SaaS application, providing you with the flexibility and convenience of accessing it from anywhere, anytime, without the need for local installation.

What do I do if I do not receive the registration e-mail for my company account?

Please first check your spam folder. If the invitation e-mail is not there either, contact us via the support desk (please provide your company name and user email) and we will help you.

I have now completed the registration for my company account and can now log in. Do my colleagues have to repeat the same process?

The process is easier for your colleagues. Simply invite them via the Account Management (User > Settings >Team). From here, you can add a colleague's e-mail address and send an invitation to them. If this does not work, ask them if they have already registered. In this case, please contact our helpdesk.

How can I reset my password?

Use the forget password link on the login page. 

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions can be easily canceled under account settings. Within the validity periode you still have full access to the application.

How I can I delete my data and account?

Your account will be automatically deleted when you have terminated your subscription after a period of 270 days. During that period of time you can still access your account to extend your subscription. If you like to have your account and data deleted earlier, send us a request and all data will be deleted.

Can I export my tool data?

Yes, you can easily export your tool data in a CSV file for further use or sharing across other systems.

What kind of tool libraries are support?

You can access tool data from a wide range of well-known manufacturers directly in the tool library.

Can I add my tool data?

You can convert this in your account and subscriptions setting in Toolhive.

How do I get support for the cloud software?

The available CAM plug-ins are downloadable through Toolhive, by installing the plug-in it will be available in the designated software.
