Yes, all data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and we run regular security audits to keep things that way. Your tool data stays yours, and we never share it with third parties.
What tool libraries does Toolhive support?
You can access tool data from a wide range of well-known manufacturers directly in the Tool Catalog, such as Walter, SECO, Sandvik Coromant, Hoffmann Group, etc.
How can I integrate the CAM plug-in?
The available CAM plug-ins are downloadable through Toolhive. After installing the plug-in, it will be available in the designated software.

Toolhive is exclusively available as a cloud-based application, so there's nothing to install or host on your end. You just need to log in, and everything you need is there, accessible from any browser, anywhere.
Can I host Toolhive on my own infrastructure?
Toolhive runs entirely in your browser, so there's no software to download or install, providing you with the flexibility and convenience of accessing it from anywhere without the need for local installation.
Which browser versions are supported for testing and usage?
For optimal performance and user experience, we recommend using the latest versions of Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. We also support Mozilla Firefox as a compatible browser.

How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime under Store settings. You'll keep full access until the end of your current billing period.
How do I delete my data and account?
When your subscription ends, your account and data are automatically deleted after 270 days. During that window, you can still log in to reactivate the account. If you'd like everything deleted sooner, reach out to our support team, and we'll take care of it.
How can I convert my free trial to a paid version?
If you’re ready to upgrade to a paid version, head to the Store section in the left panel, choose between monthly or annual billing, enter your billing information, and you're all set. Your trial data carries over automatically.

What should I do if I do not receive the registration e-mail for my company account?
First, check your spam folder. If it's not there, reach out to our support team with your company name and email address, and we'll sort it out.
Does every team member need to register separately?
No, only the account owner needs to go through the full setup. Once you're in, go to Account Settings > Team Management and invite your colleagues by email. They'll get an invitation to join directly. If you run into any issues, our support team is happy to help.
How can I reset my password?
On the login page, click "Forgot Password" and follow the steps. You'll receive a reset link in your inbox within a few minutes.
